Explore Canadian Immigration Pathways

Canada offers multiple immigration pathways for skilled professionals, entrepreneurs, students, and visitors seeking opportunities in a dynamic and welcoming country.

Skilled Immigration Visa

Canada Provincial Nominee: Canadian provinces and territories operate their own programs (PNP), with various streams leading eligible candidates to receive a provincial nomination.

Canada Atlantic: This program aims to attract skilled workers to the Atlantic Provinces of Canada including Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island, based on an official offer of employment from a designated employer.

Canada Family Sponsorship: These programs are offered for permanent residents and Canadian citizens who wish to bring family members to Canada. Certain relatives including parents, spouses, and immediate family members may become permanent residents through reduced processing times.

Business Immigration Visa

The Government of Canada continues to seek self-employed individuals, entrepreneurs, and investors interested in settling in Canada. A wide range of fast-tracked Business Immigration Programs are available, designed to match the skills and experience of successful business professionals from around the world.

Start-Up Immigration Visa

This program is designed for business people with innovative ideas. The Government of Canada actively seeks talented entrepreneurs who can stimulate the Canadian economy while creating new employment opportunities for Canadians.

Visitor Visa

As a foreign national, unless you are a citizen of a visa-exempt country, you will generally need a visitor visa (TRV) to enter Canada whether as a tourist, worker, or student.

A single-entry visa allows foreign nationals to enter Canada one time only. A multiple-entry visa allows the holder to enter Canada as many times as desired for up to six months per visit, as long as the visa remains valid.

Study Visa

A Canada study permit is a legal document issued by the Canadian government allowing foreign students to study in Canada for a specific period of time. It is dependent on a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV).

The permit typically specifies the educational institution, program of study, and duration of the program. Students who respect the terms of their study permits may also qualify for a post-graduate work permit.

Work Visa

A Canada work permit is a legal document, usually issued together with a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), that allows a foreign national to work in Canada.

In some situations, individuals may work in Canada without a job offer. Applicants with employer-supported work permits may also be eligible to bring their dependents, including spouse and children, to Canada.
